"Tigra Hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re looking to stay near Cēsis. The location is incredibly convenient—just a few minutes from the town center—making it easy to explore the beautiful area while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, always ready with a smile and great local tips. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for everyone. It really set a great tone for the day. Overall, Tigra Hotel offers excellent value and a warm, relaxing experience. I’d absolutely stay here again!"

"We had an amazing stay at Karlamuiza, our room was spacious and had very nice views, the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding property is gorgeous. The staff and hosts were friendly and incredibly helpful and accommodating. The dinner was amazing, not to be missed. It might seem pricey but we discovered that it was well worth it, Baiba is an amazing chef, she uses local fresh ingredients in a very creative way. We did the Sauna Ritual offered through the hotel, it was an incredible experience that was nothing like anything we’ve ever done. It opens the senses and connects one to nature and felt like we were experiencing an integral part of ancient Latvian culture. It was rainy that day so it was perfect to have the opportunity to slow down and relax. Overall I highly recommend Karlmuiza as not only a nice place to stay but a wonderful experience. "
