"They failed to mention that this property is based inside of a nursing home. There was no housekeeping, and it was very difficult to get fresh towels and toilet paper. "Hadn't realized that a railway line separated the hotel from the beach and finding a route to Nice proved challenging. The hotel itself I would describe as IBIS quality, it was adequate and clean, the pool is unusual but didn't get chance to use it. The reception wasn't manned when we arrived and it took several minutes before we were attended to. The bedrooms were in a different building from the reception but the rooms were comfortable and clean."

"Small studio with balcony right near the coast. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and was thankful an umbrella was provided. Can also rent a beach chair and umbrella for 2€ each to take to the public beach nearby. The staff was helpful when you could find them, but they are not at reception regularly, and you would have to call them if needed. Since I was traveling internationally and didn’t have a working phone number, this was inconvenient. Recommend they look into using WhatsApp or some kind of messaging service that works over WiFi. Also beware that if you don’t have a car, this is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station with no public transportation options that service this area."

"If you're looking for a charming place that captures the authentic character of Nice, this is an ideal place to stay. My family and I had a wonderful time here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from the beach, with beautiful surroundings. It's also about a 15-minute walk from the tram, which makes it easy to explore Nice and get around the city. Air conditioning, clean room and friendly staff. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again the next time we're in Nice!"
