"This was a lovely stay. The owners were very welcoming and happy to give ideas of what to do etc. the room was spacious and well decorated. Swimming pool is always welcome and the outdoor area was a lovely space for breakfast. Only issue for me was the parking as space is limited and my hire car was not easy to manoeuvre! Sete is a busy town in the Summer but with 12 Kim’s of beach it was easy to find a quiet area"

"Great stay overall. The lady at the reception was very helpful and helped us carry our luggage up and down the stairs. The hotel is quiet. The only downside was that the reception was closed at lunch time and at about 1 pm, the restaurant across the street only had 2 dishes to offer to us… One thing to think about: add conditioner to the amenities. Otherwise, good bedding, coffee in the room, etc. Location is great too: you are in Pezenas in no time."

Most of staff were very helpful and it was helpful that some spoke English, although we didn't expect that as we were in France and, out of curtesy, we believed that we should attempt speaking French. Activities were free eg. crazy golf, tennis etc. The restaurant on site was for all-inclusive guests only, so we couldn't eat there. "Absolutely wonderful stay. Everything is as described. Clean. Perfect location. Small parking lot next to their building. The breakfast was expansive. The staff were all so friendly even though I don’t speak any French. 100% would recommend and stay here again. Get the ocean view room. "

"My first room had a horrible smell. I was told they have it when it is windy. Too bad there is always wind in Sete. I had to argue to change it to another room. I was given a lower category room so the no offer to compensation. In the new room the sink did not drain. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. No excuse offered. Seemed business as usual. Never again."

"Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder. "
