"This is a lovely hotel in a nice walkable downtown area. The only negatives were that the attached restaurant could use a larger variety of affordable items on the menu along with the high-end entrees, and the complimentary breakfast was just so so. With improvements in those areas, it would be a more inviting experience."

"The hotel is older, but in good condition and clean. The staff were helpful. I would probably have stayed again, but the day I left, my credit card was hacked. I was in Ladysmith for a few days before I checked out and had no issues when I used the credit card at other places, but the day I checked out, I was hacked and had to get a new card. Since I've not stayed there before and have not had this happen before, I may consider it a coincidence."
