About Sure Hotel

A very real warm welcome from “Kevin” the receptionist, he was a very good helper even help my friend and l to choose something to eat around Plaisir. He deserves a bonus for doing a very good job very friendly.

Je ne reviendrai pas. La lumière clignotante du sas d'entrée donne le ton. Pour la faire courte car le détail ne passe pas ici : pas de chauffage dans ma chambre à la mi-novembre, problème pourtant connu puisque le tableau est disjoncté. Pas de changement possible avant le 3e soir. Dans la 1ere chambre : socle de bouilloire mais pas de bouilloire, boîte à mouchoirs mais vide, canette de bière restée à la porte du jardin. Dans la 2e chambre : propreté plus que limite, miroir de sdb arraché. Pas de geste commercial proposé spontanément : une/des boissons chaudes auraient dû être le minimum. Seul point positif : un des Mr qui reconnaît les problèmes, s'en excuse et me propose un radiateur soufflant.

Hôtel très bien placé malheureusement aucune explication lors de la prise de la chambre sur par exemple les horaires pour le petit déjeuner. Seule remarque à laquelle j’ai eu le droit fut mon arrivée en avance sur l’horaire prévu. Je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre avec du café et des petits gâteaux mais aucune bouilloire et aucun verre pour en profiter. La chambre n’avait donc pas été vérifiée en amont. La salle de bain avait de la moisissure au plafond et l’odeur était désagréable. Je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre prévue à la base pour des personnes à mobilité réduite donc les wc était très haut la glace pour se maquiller très basse. Si j’avais trop d’avance j’aurai préféré qu’on me fasse patienter mais qu’on me propose une chambre adaptée. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais il n’y avait pas trop de choix cependant au vu du prix il est en accord.

Avant la réservation nous avions demandé à avoir une chambre avec un petit jardin et cela n'a pas été respecté... dommage...de plus nous avons trouvé à plusieurs reprises des poils et des toiles d'araignée. Nous nous sommes retrouvés au deuxième étage avec une vu sur le parking donc nous avons été réveillé très tôt le matin par des gens qui parlaient fort.

Literie correcte mais hôtel très bruyant. Volets à réparer car ils ne peuvent pas etre accrochés. Lumiere du couloir qui passe au niveau de la chambre, d'où aucune pénombre. Lavabo légèrement bouché et chasse d'eau qui coule. Rien pour tenir le pommeau de douche. A 8h45, petit dejeuner très simpliste. Plus de pain, un seul pain au chocolat, panière de croissante emportée pour seminaire,... on reste sur sa faim.
