"The beach and restaurant were great but very disappointed with the room. Not at all like the photos, very tired needs upgrading. Definitely not 5 star. Bathroom really needs to be updated, smell of sewage was constant. Air conditioning didn’t work well either. "

The pool and bar area was lovely, and the morning breakfast was delicious and outstanding. Staff were very helpful in making transport arrangements to/from, and onsite massage service was used by many in our group - highly recommended. We would certainly stay again. "

"Vi ble hentet med buss når vi ankom ferjekaien. Viser seg at Hotel Plaka I er en del av Plaka Camping, så vi måtte kjøre gjennom campingplassen til å nærme oss hotellet, men vi ble kjørt av personalet så det gikk greit. Vi hadde 3 rom som var fine, rene og lyse og alle hadde adgang til en terrasse. AC på alle rom som fungerte. Trekk i at døren på badet ikke kunne lukkes, og at inngangsdøren var tung. Dette burde personalet ha fanget opp. Bassenget ble delt med camping og det var til tider...
