"I have to make a compain to expedia,o arrival at 8 in the evening ,i found out at the reception that we were not booked through expedia even though we did so 2 days prior ,we were standind there with my disabled wife trying to find out why ,thank god there was a room available and we checked in ,what if not? After a long drive it was the last thing we wanted ,i expect expedia to give us an explanation, and what are they going to do about it ,awaiting a quick response "

Unser Quartier war unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar, eine Bestätigung für den Check-in bekamen wir auch nicht, so dass wir nach langem Läuten froh waren, dass uns überhaupt jemand öffnete. Als Ersatz für unser gebuchtes Zimmer bekamen wir dann nach einigen Verständigungsschwierigkeiten - wir sprechen selbst nur wenig französisch - für die 1. "Great overnight stop just before the Swiss border, this was our third time here. Basic rooms but clean with very comfy beds. Good parking on site, easy to get to once you know where it is, handy right next to a big Autan supermarket and filling station. Wonderful self service breakfast, All fresh with lots of choice, will stay again on our way home. Great value."
