"Very good location but old property. Bed were okay with soft mattress and pillows. Receptionist was great!
The muddy bed was old and rusty! Slight door to the balcony was extremely hard to open-slide. The slide door handle screws come loose. It was fixed and started unscrewing by itself again as you slide it to open or close. The kitchen has only two burner’s and you can’t use both at the same time!
Overall, it is a good place to stay if you don’t have to cook breakfast or lunch for the kids."

"If you are looking for beach, pool, drinks and food plus a great staff. This is it. One large pool, a lazy river, indoor pool, an indoor/outdoor pool, 2 kid pools and 2 hot tubs!
A bar with food and fantastic drinks (after 11 am)."
"First of all, the service was great. Every request was quick and took care of our inquiries. The facility was super in that we were there for a craftsmen show at the facility and the cleanliness and atmosphere was very soothing. Vidalia's was a great find and the ease of both the food service and quality of the meals was wonderful. It made leaving the facility a sad reminder of well we were treated."
"I stayed at this resort (July 2025), and it was wonderful. I requested a top floor and the receptionist was able to accommodate me last minute. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are amazing they are recently updated and had a washer/dryer and provided all the necessary amenities such as detergent, broom, mop, vacuum to keep the room clean. The pool area has 4 seperate sections one kiddie pool, one with a pirate ship, one with a lazy river, and the third is a standard pool thats half indoor and outdoor,. The pool area has music and a bar which had great food and drinks for the kids and adults. The pond has tons of turtles that come up when you cross over it and my kids loved them. The location was also amazing, it was a few minutes from broadway on the beach and about 10 minutes to the beach. The grounds also has a playground, mini golf and bbq grills throughout the resort. Overall it was a fantastic stay that we would definitely do again, dont be deterred by the negative reviews, we did see one palmetto bug outside on the grounds but never once in the room, which was completely fine with us.
