"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very clean during our stay. When we asked for changing rooms because we prefer two twin beds, the staff in the front desk said there was a room available the next day without extra charge. The location of the hotel is close to the train station, so all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. Its also convenient for traveling to Interlaken for day trip. "

"The staff was helpful at check in and the water dispenser including sparkling water on each floor was a bonus. Location was good for those wanting to be away from Bern train station and Old Town, being a minute away from a bus/tram stop. A major problem is the chaos at breakfast time where there was hardly any seat."

"The location was fantastic, the room was fair, but...no ice, no fridge, no microwave, no way to keep any food from any meals or the store fresh purchases for later or reheat anything. The city shops basically shut down at 6pm so if you have not prepared for this it can be very frustrating when you have no way to save your food. Plan ahead and you will be fine, but as a traveler doing site seeing all day it was important to manage your food as restaurants in the area were very expensive and buying food from the store to save cost ment daily trips in the morning to the coop for food. The staff was amazing and helpful, the proximity to the train station makes daily travel very easy."
