Tourist Trap
Before I get into all the negatives of this place, let me say that if your plan is to bring a group of children to a place with multiple pools, buffet meals, and hourly activities, Chrispy World is not so bad. If you want comfortable beds, a normal-sized TV screen, reliable WIFI, reliable air conditioning, reliable electrical outlets, and to not be nickel-and-dimed for little extras, then avoid this place at all costs.
The Wifi signal only works in some rooms of the hotel, and no matter what, it automatically disconnects every 15 minutes, making most any extended use impossibly inconvenient. When I arrived, not all of the electrical outlets worked, which took them several days to fix. Some of the plumbing was old and the drains and fixtures got stuck several times. The air conditioning system was extremely weak, and the drainage line was clogged so it dripped water into the room. Furthermore, they do not allow guests to keep the power on when they leave their rooms, and the AC takes several hours to actually cool the room, so it is more for show than practical. The all-inclusive package is a waste of money, since the included wine was awful, and sometimes the recycled buffet food was rotten - although the evening cocktails were acceptable.
