"La casa está agradable pero la atención fue pésima el gerente super mamón, me hablo para decirme que había quebrado una bola de billar que ya estaba quebrada, las sabanas olian muy feo y tenían pelos no las habían lavado, en la casa hay ratas dejaron caca en la barra de la cocina dónde preparamos nuestros alimenos, no había papel higienico, 1 cuarto inundado de agua probablemente por el aire acondicionado y en general mucho olor a drenaje."

"1. Someone from the house started contacting me weeks before my family vacation to wire transfer a deposit. I wasn't sure if it was fraud so I politely told them I would pay when I checked in. 2. The address that Hotels.com reflects for the location is different than the one the location ended up sending me so I drove around for a while trying to find the location, so if your going to this location in a taxi make sure you confirm the address. 3. "Absolutely stunning and remote new property! The good: The rooms are beautiful and spacious with a fantastic outdoor shower. The beach that the property sits on is truly idyllic with warm and very swimmable water (and with your lifeguards). The pools and areas around the pools are also lovely. There were maybe 4 other couples there during our visit so obviously never any crowds. There is also a sanctuary next door that had crocodiles and a plethora of bird species. I highly recommend getting breakfast included as it is served until 12. The spa is also beautiful and relaxing and you can use the amenities throughout the stay. The staff is also lovely! Room for Improvement: The resort is very remote which is a plus, but there is nowhere else to get food anywhere nearby without calling a car which is very expensive and even still takes about 40 minutes to get anywhere. The food, while excellent quality ,is extremely expensive and there were only two fine dining restaurants open when we were there. There is not a grab and go(unless you want pastries or coffee) and no cheaper restaurant for night. We ended up ordering room service more as it was significantly cheaper. I do think more options are coming however. All in all, a BEAUTIFUL and Relaxing stay even though the resort is still trying to find its personality and special touches that make trips like these unique. My guess is in a year this will be a cant be missed property."
