"The staff, the staff, the staff-nothing short of fantastic, kind, respectful and the most helpful people (especially the concierge Desiree). Perfect location with the cleanest conditions outside (on the property) in addition to inside the room. Everything needed for your stay is on the property (restaurant, shopping, etc.) but if needed there is a shopping plaza in perfect walking distance. Great selection of pools with a beautiful beach view. Would definitely stay again."

"The property was clean and reasonably maintained. The check in staff accommodated my request for first floor room as as I have my young children and don’t want to have balcony. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The restaurant staff is hit or miss! Some are very helpful and cheerful namely Ramon in Fish Deck, Marjorie and Angelica in Black Rock. The rest were not welcoming and always seem to be angry to see guests. In some instances my family were told by the waitress to move cup if they want to food at the table during lunch at the taco place by the pool. This happen twice. The management need to train and reiterate that if guests are treated in such way ultimately they will find other places and they will run out of business. The beech was great and having a laundry equipments in the room is very important."

"The room was big and clean, property clean and well maintained. The food was very good but since the menus don’t change, it got repetitive. The service was mostly good, but restaurants could be very slow. Beach was beautiful, with plenty of activities for families. We did not visit the spa, as the prices were very high, with no specials or last minute deals offered. The shuttle system isn’t great… once it fills you have to wait an hour for the next shuttle or hope another one comes"

"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The setting is simply spectacular. Miles of pristine white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a level of tranquility that is increasingly difficult to find. Many mornings and afternoons we had long stretches of beach almost entirely to ourselves, walking or swimming in what truly felt like our own private paradise. Our beachfront villa with its private pool was exceptional. Waking up, making a coffee, and walking straight from our terrace onto the beach became our favorite daily ritual. This is not the place for loud entertainment or crowded all-inclusive vacations. It is the place to slow down, recharge, enjoy nature, and experience understated luxury with impeccable service. Thank you to the entire COMO Parrot Cay team for an unforgettable week. We are already looking forward to coming back."
