The local manager Sofia went above and beyond to make our trip as memorable and special as it could be. "The bathrooms, showers and all taps in the villa have salt water instead of regular water which I found uncomfortable. They didn’t mention this before. The villa is a little bit pretty but the communication from the staff is a bit aggressive. The property seems like it was built quite fragile and cheap. "I found The Palladium because it was one of the few full service hotels that had room for four people. The Room: Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the pool. The Grounds: The hotel was super clean and safe. Location: Centrally located. Easy walk to local beach. Quick ride to local shopping and downtown. Service: The impeccable service started even before we arrived. We had an amazing driver (Panos) who picked us up from the ferry and from the moment we arrived on site I knew we would have an amazing stay. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant, pool and even the GM Thanos treated us so kindly and handled our every need. The staff was not only professional but just genuinely kind and truly made our stay special. Overall: This hotel is one of a kind. I did not want to leave. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to be close to the action but also in your own little slice of paradise. Do not hesitate just book it!"

"Without doubt the staff were the finest, friendliest and most helpful we've ever experienced in the many years of travelling. The hotel is boutique, 21 rooms, so don't expect resort amminaties, but experience personal and attentive service throughout your stay. Everything you want or need from Mykonos is only a short walk away. We will return for sure."

"We stayed in a family suite, it was spacious and comfortable. Property was clean. Breakfast had a lot of options and overall food was great for lunch and dinner too.
