La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk. There was an honesty bar but it when we went to use it there was a lock on the fridge and no one to ask!. So we had to leave the hotel. Hotel itself was lovely just lacked staff and atmosphere."
