"Staff and service was excelent"

"Excelente"

"The place is very safe, clean and well maintained. Even, is safe for people with some disabilities like me. The staff were helpful and able to accommodate if you ask."

"It was a decent stay: hot water, clean rooms, right next to the market, and easy to catch a cab. We heard the area was a bit dangerous, but we didn't have any issues, and the hotel is locked up at night. The only issue is you have to ring the doorbell to be let in, and you can hear the buzz all throughout the hotel, so we were woken up multiple times."

"The reviews weren’t according to the reality, really disappointed about this hotel, we took it because supposedly it was 10 points, I am sorry to qualify it low, but the idea is s reflate the qualification lesser and avoid the people fall in a mistake."

"Property was beautiful and clean."

"Hotel is very modern and it's in a very quiet area."

"Good location,friendly environment."

"It was like visiting a family in a beautiful camp, close to all the famous activities such as La Casa del Árbol. "

"The food in the restaurant wasn't great for the price. The staffs were very helpful and frendly Close to some points of interest "

"La Casa Verde is a great place to stay in Baños away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and river and not too far away from public transportation. Breakfast was delicious with a mix of fruits, eggs, bread and jam and juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Several restaurants are within walking distance!"
