"Enjoyed our 3 nights stay at this hotel. Paticularly impressed with the staff they were helpful and friendly. Court yard could do with tidying up. But will definitely go back."

"The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room "
