"The room was absolutely horrible. Dirty floors, didn't look vacuumed. Bathtub and toilet had hair on them. One bed had a stained cover. The air conditioner did not work very well. The room was very humid. The room looked nothing like the pictures. We left 30 minutes after checking in. I went to the desk to talk to the person that checked us in. He was gone. Left a note that he would be back later. Just awful"
