"We arrived very late but the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Nice way to start our stay. Our bed was comfortable. The place was quiet. But... there is a bit of overall gubbiness - the whole property smells faintly of cigarette smoke - even though it is a non-smoking place. Perhaps it once-upon-a-time allowed smoking, but the smell has never been purged! Also, our shower curtain was mildewed and clearly hadn't been changed or washed in a loooong time. Yuk! Nice staff, but the place...

"I saw a lot of negative reviews and was pleasantly surprised at how erroneous they were. Everything was clean and orderly. The desk clerk was polite, albeit a little deficient in English and clearly overworked. The cleaning staff was top-notch. The bed was clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows.
