"Room was a bit dated and showed wear. But it was clean and comfortable. The pull out bed was not good, but not sure I’ve ever slept on one that was. The pool was decent. The hot tub’s jets weren’t working and the pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. The breakfast area and lobby/dining area is beautiful! Check in and out with the app was absolutely flawless! "

"Overall, the stay was pretty good. The lady that checked me in was excellent with customer service. The downside is when I came down for breakfast, the staff who was preparing breakfast was very rude to myself and other guests at the hotel. As I was warming up some food items in the microwave I pulled out my food to check it with the microwave door still open, as she walked by she slammed the microwave shut while I was standing there. I noticed another guest was trying to talk to her and ask her about certain breakfast items she ignored the guy as he was standing right there in her face. When she finally answered the guy it was with a Stern tone. I had to ask her about some butter as she was putting away some food in the warmers, she ignored me until I repeated myself. She answered me as well with a Stern tone."
