"Very nice clean room with AC, fridge, TV, and WI-FI. Comfortable, clean beds. Check-in was a breeze.Very nice and friendly owner. Centrally located and very close to multiple restaurants in prime part of Caye Caulker and within walking distance from ferry. This hotel is a gem and glad we found it. Convenience floor downstairs is also a plus and makes for quick and easy shopping.

"The property is pretty solid except for one critical issue. They purposely shut the water off at night. They(staff) intentionally said that the water went bad, but I learned from a staff member after complaining about not being able to flush the toilet 🚽 or take a shower 🚿 that they purposely turn the water off every night. I found this to be very frustrating considering I am used to coming to my room and washing the great outdoors off of me. I never did get an explanation as to why they shut...

"Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. "
