"Beautiful Beach with calm clean sandy beach. Good food and relaxing atmosphere-especially in Adults inly section. Herman restaurant is outstanding and best in resort. All beach bars are great. Swim-up room was perfect for us and we enjoyed every moment."

"It was a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Plaza Europa. As usual, they accommodated well. The only thing was that the kitchen could have been better equipped, but the staff were right there when needed to help me out if necessary. A great stay as usual."

"Property was conveniently located. Nice bar and restaurant and kool staff. Its a nice place to dck off and still be near the action. Accommodations arebaboit as aberahe as youncan get in that area. Water was very hotbwihich is excellent in my opinion. Price reasonable per night. Will definitely stay again as an alternate option. "

"Is a great report, staff are so nice, food was great. The beach was beautiful. I went to Casa Marina. But next time I will do the Casa Marina adults only, looks even better. But definitely going back to this resort.."

"The property would get a full 5 star review except for a few things: 1) There is trash on the beach and outside the property, which is really no fault of theirs, but it's more than just 1-2 pieces of trash. It's not unbearable but it's there 2) The shower head is nice but the flow of water isn't very good and the water temperature was hard to control 3) The security box in my room didn't have clear instructions and didn't seem to work That's pretty much it. Outside that, this is an amazing vacation spot. I'll probably be going being despite the issues. Customer service was amazing and the atmosphere is absolutely perfect for a private place to settle down at night. "

"Coco Hotel Review From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by English-speaking hosts, making check-in smooth and easy — no stress at all. We were thrilled to be upgraded to the penthouse suite, which was fantastic. The room was meticulously clean, with excellent air conditioning, strong WiFi, and English-speaking television channels. No vermin, insects, or mosquitoes — a huge plus! Breakfast and coffee were delicious every morning. The hotel also has an outstanding pet collection, featuring friendly dogs, cats, a hawk, turtles, and iguanas, adding a unique and charming touch to the stay. The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants. There’s a nice pool, a great bar where we met guests from all over the world, and the overall value was incredible. Highly recommend Coco Hotel — we would absolutely stay here again!"

"The property is well maintained. The workers who take care of landscaping and plants are doing an amazing job. However; they should improve in things like bringing drinking water, toilet paper, taking care of trash in a timely manner; the wait time after we asked for a drinking water, and toilet paper and a pair of fresh towels was four hours…. What makes them get those necessities in such a long time? Also, they should continue being nice and polite after the customer said their firm “no” to buying rental properties. After I said my “thank you, but no” to their request to buy their 10 year vacation property membership; they turned cold and unresponsive. Even the food was not prepared that well. They should learn to accept “no” with grace and respect. Please teach them that. "
