Studio was 3 stars, food 5 stars, entertainment 4.5 stars, enterteinment personnel 5 stars, location 4.5 start . Outdoor pool clean and big. "We really liked it here it met expectations per hotel descriptions. It is clean and modern and comfortable. Our room was serviced every day. The staff are super-friendly. It is lovely around both pools - so quiet too. The facilities on offer were good - we didn't use the restaurant but did use the bar, food shack and in-house coffee and cake cafe. We know Alcudia very well and mainly went to the beach and we also enjoyed a leisurely walk to the port in the evening for our main meal and the hotel was well-placed for this. We only have one criticism which didn't really detract from the holiday, it is just personal preference, and that was the fact that the bathroom was a bit too much a part of the room rather than being separated off. It was all a bit "continental" for us. We would definitely come back again though and highly recommend it."
"I loved my spacious well appointed room. I wish there were more food options. If I wanted a large breakfast or dinner the food was great but non existent for a small meal. There is a nice option for lunch. There are other places within walking distance. If I went back to the area I would definitely stay in this hotel, They couldn't have been more helpful! "We have spend our Summer holidays last week of August in Mallorca and we couldn't have better hotel than Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park. In your first step off the hotel you are in the beach! The facilities are quite good, the room is not big but you have room enough for what it is, and good swimming pool size. The food is amazing, and the staff is awesome. From the bar in the pool, with Maite, Laura and Sebastian (great coffee), to the entertainment team (Andres is an amazing entertainer and host, always cheering up to get us enjoying our time; also Andres and the rest of the team. The best of any hotel we went). The buffet at the restaurant is really good quality. Every day you have a theme (Spanish tapas, Mexican, sushi, ...), and they care for you to be comfortable all the time (Brian treats you like you are a VIP).
My teenagers said that it was the better holidays they ever had :) !
