The staff are all very nice. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it. The breakfast was good, the team were very attentive, polite and efficient.
Couldn’t fault this hotel. It is a gem and would definitely will be back !! "
"I express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to share the issues we encountered.
Firstly, the hotel staff were unhelpful and dismissive, which left me feeling extremely distressed. "We stayed as a family of four with two boys age 5 & 7. The hotel was so clean and the rooms were comfortable with everything we needed. The pool area was great. We did have to join the sun bed race each morning to secure sunbeds. Annoying that the hotel allows this especially when families are reserving lounges for their young kids who don’t even use them. Our kids loved the pool and the bouncy pillow was a huge hit although can get really busy in the afternoon. We found the mini disco was really only catered for very young children. Would be great to play a couple more chart songs for some of the slightly older kids. They loved the APT theme song during the day and at the end of the disco and learnt the dance routine. The surrounding area is great with lots of shops and restaurants and the nearby beach was so beautiful with calm waters perfect for young kids. The food was great with an amazing choice of salads and plenty of grilled options if you want healthy choices. More veg options for kids would be great as felt that was a bit limited. The frozen Pina colada cocktail was a big hit for my husband and I. It was also disappointing that the main bar did not open earlier in the evening to allow for pre-dinner drinks. Otherwise we had a really great holiday and would definitely consider the hotel and area again. "
"Convenient location with quick access to the beach and sightseeing on the east of the island. Tons of amenities with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean, renovated, and equipped with all modern amenities. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of delicious options to start the day. For a small fee, we got guaranteed parking across the street from the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again!"
"My wife and I had relaxing couple of days in Mallorca during a 15 day jaunt across Spain and France. The hotel has everything you need. The only draw back or us is that its a very family freindly kids resort. They had a pool just for adults so we relaxed with cocktails and chatted with other couples. The beach was a 15 minute walk and we got to spend the morning there then retreat to the adult pool when the families arrived. We had spectacular dinner at Tomeu Coldentey attached to the hotel. Pricey but great date night.
Overall I enjoyed resort next time I will look for their adult only resort. However!! great spot if you have little kids I recommend it."

"Fantastic hotel for toddlers, as long as not in a room above the bar / restaurant area. The gardens are kept in a fantastic condition and the smell of lavender from the plants is refreshing. Great water facilities. The rooms are a bit 90's and dated in areas not really reflecting the Hipotel brand imho. That being said we were not in the room much. The beach is still beautiful if a little busy. The bath is not really suitable for a 6ft adult! Exterior of the building looks a bit tired. "

"Room was very clean with fresh linen and towels provided daily. Room was far too hot, almost like a sauna and the fan provided did little to help. There was also a constant vibration/ drilling type noise every 2 mins constantly throughout the stay which did disturb sleep at times. However for a base it was ideal. The breakfast provided in the sister hotel was very basic and bland. It wasn’t worth getting out of bed for. Reception staff could also do with having more customer service training, as they would stand and have lengthly conversations and not acknowledge you standing waiting. They also weren’t very helpful or friendly and gave conflicting information when enquiring about a late check out. All in all I would return for a cheap base if there was nothing else available in the area. "
