"What an amazing hotel, one of the best 5* hotels I have stayed in. Everything was done to an exceptional standard, the welcome, the room, the cleanliness, the decor, the spa, the food and most importantly the staff. They helped make it a superb holiday, a couple of minor issues like no milk was left, but it was sorted out instantly. Nothing was ever a problem and the staff would help if we ever needed. Breakfast was plentiful with many options to suit all palates and lovely eating breakfast watching the birds in the aviary next to us! The three evening restaurants were all absolutely stunning, with very tasty food and excellent service. We also took the opportunity to go to Brunelli's, an extremely nice steak restaurant with amazing food, sublime view and excellent service."

"A super hotel, location excellent, rooms are very good (better with balcony) - comfortable beds - and a wonderful traditional courtyard with palm trees. "Great option for budget Before mentioning any negatives, I want to start by saying the staff were amazing and highly professional. The person who greeted us was one of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever encountered and truly deserves recognition. It’s also worth noting that this is a 3-star budget hotel, so expectations should be set accordingly—you generally get what you pay for. The main building has great charm, being over 300 years old, which adds character to the stay. We booked a budget room (Room 104), which had a small courtyard but lacked any real views. One of the major concerns was the lack of air conditioning. Although units are present, they don’t work effectively. During summer, the island gets very hot, and the room often felt like an oven, which made it uncomfortable at times. The pool is small but serves its purpose well as a place to cool off. There is also a sun terrace with around 40 loungers, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was included, but as part of a budget offering, the hot food could have been better. It was often cold, and unfortunately, the plates provided didn’t fit in the microwave to reheat the food. The bathroom was missing sink plugs for both the sink and the bath, which was inconvenient. It would also have been a big improvement if the room had a fridge. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location in a lovely town, ideal for those looking for a quieter holiday"
