"We choose the hotel as the outside areas looked spacious and also it appeared to have nice areas inside to use, including a restaurant. On arrival, we discovered the reality did not match the pictures. The hotel is basic, and the staff are friendly and that in itself is ok - the problem is you think you're getting somewhere more swish as the hotel has put up several images of areas that do not exist. "Very communicative, friendly and helpful customer service. Great location and very comfortable apartments with everything you need for your stay. We really liked their 24 check in, and having a spot to park the car in a covered garage, and very close to the building's entrance. Also, we were walking distance to a variety of places to eat, and the beach."

"The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities were perfect, with amazing food in both the upstairs restaurant and the bar area by the pool. The staff were so friendly and always happy to offer the best service. The room was so comfortable and very clean and modern. The air conditioning made the hotel the perfect place to relax in the heat of the day. The beach and promenade were just a short walk away with a great variety of shops and bars/restaurants. "
