The property does not look nothing like the photos to advertise this hotel. They charge you for towels left with lipstick and if you stain the bed sheets with soda as well. The pool dirty.

Friendly staff, smelly and loud rooms

The staff was very friendly, but the rooms smell really bad, there is mold on the walls just painted and you can’t breathe properly. The Air condition is super loud but since the hotel ist on the 5th ave in playa it feels like there is a Disco in your Room until 5 in the Morning anyway. The Location is ok the Pool dirty. I wouldn’t go there.

This property has no fridge and no ice and NO change took 20 minutes to get change. If the restaurant charges extra they need to have change to charge and not delay customer otherwise dont charge.

Beach Energy Hotel is located on Avenida 5 Street with all restaurants , clubs, the beach - great location. You are close to everything. It’s not a 5 star hotel- REMEMBER THAT! , but great for what we paid for. The people who are in front office are great, the breakfast included with lovely Sylveiro and Moises. The bad is that we coulda used a small fridge , and the worst is that you have music blasting to 3 am. If this is a dealbreaker for you , this is not good. Don’t know if strong ear plugs would help. We all got Montezuma’s revenge in Mexico. I don’t know if I would go back to this beautiful country

I wish I would of booked this property but I didn't. at least two bars had music blasting - to try to overcome each other very early in the am!!! The online pictures must have been touched up!!! Every part of property was needing upkeep/maintained including towels. A weed was growing through the window. 2nd Floor end of walkway you can see rubbish/rotting palm trees. A couple of Employees were great in trying to assist with my requests. American breakfast was included...they ran out food/produce.

I like that this property was around a lot of restaurants, shopping , and the beach. But I didn’t like that the hotel looked out dated more like a motel , also that hotel had no WiFi or cable services for several days. So I had to watch movies on my cell phone. For most of my time there.

El desayuno que incluyen es pésimo deberían mejorarlo por lo que se está pagando de hospedaje o mejor no ofrecerlo . Por la noche es demasiado y excesivo ruido por la música de los negocios vecinos y además dura por lo Menos hasta las tres de la madrugada . El chef in es hasta las 15 horas a pesar de que hay habitaciones disponibles. Estuvimos 4 noches y en ninguna cambiaron de sábanas ni toallas. Por lo tanto no lo recomiendo

El hotel está bien, tal cual aparece anunciado, pero nunca te dicen que pueden enviarte a un anexo llamado “Del Sol” que es un apartahotel que está a 2 cuadras, y si bien cumple con lo ofrecido, está al lado de un bar-antro que tiene la música a todo volumen hasta las 3 am, por lo que es como si durmieras dentro del bar. Ideal para viajeros que busquen fiesta con un presupuesto ajustado, ya que está sobre la 5a av y tiene una cocineta con todo lo necesario. Los chicos que están en recepción son muy atentos, en especial Jennifer que siempre está pendiente de lo que necesites.

Ein paar Häckchen, um das Badetuch zum aufhängen. Ein Schloß an der Badetür. Mehr Kleiderbügel. Außeranlage schmutzig und ungepflegt. Mini Frühstück, alles mit Extrakosten verbunden. Keine Möglichkeit, nasse Badeanzug oder Tuch zum aufhängen. Super laute Umgebung bis 3 Uhr morgens.
