"The property & specifically the staff did what Expedia werenāt able to do after making plenty phone calls because a little inconvenience I had with my reservation,the staff from this hotel went above & beyond of what they were supposed to do,Expedia have gave me the runaround with my phone calls playing psychology games with me during my calls to help me with my inconvenience due to a flight cancellation I had to deal with,magnificent service from the hotel after arriving but the service from Expedia were beyond poor."
