"Un lugar sin privacidad. La parte frontal de la habitación es de vidrio( Sucios) lo que expone a los huéspedes a la mirada en todo momento de cualquier persona. "There is a lot to do at this resort. Our room was clean, fine/basic, with no air conditioning. It included a good breakfast and hot springs. There were many restaurants on the property, but only two were open. Mirador, which had a beautiful view and plenty of seating. It had good food, but was expensive. The other restaurant was a $30 buffet. The resort is in a remote location, so there are no other dining options within an hour. There are many fun activities to do at a cost. It's cheaper to group your activities in one day and order online. We had a wonderful two-day stay, but it was expensive overall for the stay, dining, and activities. Definitely take advantage of the hot springs and free eco farm. Victor went out of his way during all of our dining experiences to make us feel special. He was the most friendly and helpful employee."

"This is a beautifully-crafted, very clean hotel. The staff are helpful and kind. Breakfast is cooked to order with beautiful trays of fresh fruit and excellent coffee. The grounds are lovely, and all around are huge, magnificent trees full of many birds. One one side of the hotel is a market, and on the order side is a very good restaurant. There are several beaches nearby, but my favorite beach is a short drive north in the wildlife refuge."

"Rancho Costafalo is a unique and very special place. It is remote and is situated in an idyllic setting on a large farm with an amazing botanical garden with species of citrus, palms, and rare cacti and a large beautiful pond. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed out two-night stay at the ranch. The accommodations are somewhat rustic, but offer everything we needed, a clean bed, nice bathroom and a pleasant deck. The ranch is about a 20-minute drive from the Santa Rosa National Park, which is well worth a visit for its historic significance and nice paved trails. It is also about 10 minutes from a small town with all the amenities. If you visit, be sure to stop by the tiny De La Abuella restaurant for dinner. Allan, the owners, is nice, friendly and helpful. He was very generous with us because we had forgotten to take cash and he footed the bill for our dinner and we reimbursed him later. We have a place in Guanacaste near Playa Grande. We plan to visit the ranch again the next time we are in the area. Melvin, the attendant at the ranch was very nice, polite and helpful. "

"Honestly, Senora Elma was amazing to my children and I. Although many of the staff we encountered did not speak our language, they were patient with us and did not make us feel uncomfortable. There are many attractions close by, as well as food options. Breakfast is included, ans they were willing anf able to accommodate us with our plant-based meals. The pool was not avaolable for use, but there were so many other things to do. The staff even offered to take us to the attractions. Please note that Lunch and dinner are not included, and there are no prices listed, so ask in advance. Also, please meals are not made to order- you get what is being made for that meal at that time, so everything is fresh!"
