"Once again, I stayed at the Hyatt. The location, the rooms, the food—everything in general is a 10 out of 10. I’ve stayed at other hotels before and I’ve always regretted it. Whenever I go to Guadalajara, the Hyatt is the best option. "

"Air conditioner worked well, just on check in day room was warm and it took quite a while to cool down. The Nespresso machines are a different kind of coffee maker using a nespresso pod only, do not plan to use the coffeemaker to make hot water, and the cup available is tiny. Bring your own mug. They do provide 2 free bottles of water daily. The rooms do not have microwaves. The junior suite is tiny and did not have a refrigerator. My largest suitcase would not fit in the underbed storage which was the only out of the way space for the large luggage. Parking is only on the street but is usually pretty easy to find and not far to walk. I parked a rental car for my 9 day stay without any problems. But I did pray and ask for the most high God, Jesus Christ, to protect the vehilcle, so there is that."
