"Staff was great "

"The door would not close properly. There was a gap at the bottom and on the side. We had to put a towel to fill the gap. The towels were terrible. They were like these cloths!"

"Room is clean , staff is great , Mountain , pool is nice. This is our second time staying at Del Marco’s and we love it it’s quite and in the middle of the downtown so getting around is easy and Brandee is so attentive and helpful"

"Common areas are very well kept but the room may use some TLC (e.g., the things to roll the blinds up/down were broken/taped together with the screws holding them in place coming off the wall; one of the electrical outlets by the bed did not work causing me to unplug the light to charge my phone while it was on the night table), the shower head does need some serious descaling). Food at the restaurant is good but we were asked if we wanted something else before the kitchen closed (at 9pm) even though we only had 2 appetizers (and had asked to keep a menu as we planned to order more food)."

"The staff was welcoming and attentive for the entire stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable in every way. The gym was convenient and well equipped. "

"We enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back next January and stay for more than two nights. It's a block off the main drag, which means it is quieter, but walking distance to some great restaurants. The pool area is clean and has lots of umbrellas for shade. The room had some nice extras...a fridge and microwave, as well as the important Keurig. The bed was comfy. The air/heating unit is a little loud but those usually are. It was fine. "

"I rarely write a negative review about our hotel stays, but we were extremely disappointed with Casa Cody. The grounds were beautiful and charming, but the room we stayed in, was extremely small, very dark, had no seating to speak of. The bathroom had absolutely no counter space at all. And the only place to set your toiletries was on a shelf above my head. We were supposed to be given an upgrade and a bottle of wine upon check-in, but that did not happen. The bar was supposed to be open on Saturday night until 10 o’clock, but there was no one working there when we came by around nine. Additionally, we called the hotel to see if we could get a bottle of wine for a room, and nobody answered the phone.The location is in great proximity to downtown Palm Springs, but I cannot recommend this hotel."
