"Overall, an awful experience. The breakfast included with the booking is the same every morning. Beans, eggs, chilaquiles, and ground beef with potatoes! If you stay 5 days, you will eat the same thing every morning. No fresh fruit or vegetables available, no sweet bread, cereal, or juice available! The room is plain and the mattress is old and overall extremely uncomfortable! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the location is awful no way to walk near by or do anything unless you get an uber! "

"Friendly staff. I tried paying with cash, but they didn't want to honor the price I got online; only paying with a card was able to get the price I reserved it for (the previous time we stayed there, they did honor the listed price with cash, either the Front Agent was new, he didn't wanted to go the extra step to honored it, or the property change their policy about it). Besides that, the Front Agent and the rest of the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast area is clean and big enough with plenty of seats; they just need to add something like bacon, sausage, or potatoes to their daily breakfast menu (for people and kids who don't eat eggs or beans). The previous time we stayed there, we had issues with the shower water pressure. This time, besides the water pressure not being enough, the showerhead had some scale on it, so not much water was coming out. They forgot to refill the shampoo, the room entry wasn't well swept, there's no coffee maker or microwave in the room, and the only microwave is in the Front Desk. They do leave the coffee and tea out in the breakfast area; there's a small fridge in the room. Beds are clean and comfortable, the sofabed, you'll have to bring an extra cushion or ask for extra blankets because you'll feel the metal on your back. Keep in mind that there's a club next to it. If you stay during the weekends, ask for a room next to the street, not facing the club."
