"Honestly this property was SUPERB. 9/10 The cleanest hotel Iv stayed in. Everything from the carpeting, bathroom appliances, furniture. SO clean so new feeling it was immaculate! The staff was SOOO nice from the second we arrived. Not even steps from the front door luggage assistance was offered, valet and bellman were fabulous , check in process was easy, bar and restaurant on property was superb. the Only downside why 9/10 instead of 10/10 was that it is directly in the heart of TJ night scene. Yes, if you want to be walking distance from bars/night scene this is great. Music however pumpin through the windows till about 4am each night. For me it almost felt like white noise and I’m a heavy sleeper so able to sleep through seemelessly. Hotel staff also offers pretty decent ear plugs from the start which is great. But if you are looking for a quiet hotel after hours, or are a light sleeper, maybe not the best fit. But bringing a sound machine for sleep at night would work well too! But everything else was amazing!! Would return back if back visiting TJ"

"I had 3 great nights at the Comfort Suites TJ. The suite was clean, comfortable and large. I got a suite with a kitchenette so I could cook. With that and the complimentary breakfast, food cost was minimal. Bed was comfortable, no noise from other rooms. Friendly staff all around. Everyone greets you warmly. Cassandre at the front desk was terrific. Easy walk to downtown TJ. A bit further walk to New City Medical Plaza but I enjoy walking when possible. I didn't stay out late, but daytime walking felt safe. There are taxis everywhere for people who don't want to walk. My visit was late in October so no need for AC. I would definitely return to this hotel."

"The staff was super nice and polite. The gentle man helped us with the baggage. He was patient and kind. He explain everything to us and even gave my dog some well deserve pets. The decor is nice trendy urban in a way. WiFi was easy to connect and it was fast. The water was hot and perfect. The room was fresh the ac was perfect."

"The bed had a few stains but we were only staying to rest a few hours before our flight. Just beware of the tv channels if you have young children. We got the family room but my sister got the single but I didn’t risk changing the channel after we checked her room lol. Oh and stepping into the room there is a large step. Be careful walking in. The property is cute and decorated. The breakfast we didn’t have much time in the morning but they had coffee in the front which was appreciated. Parking seems a bit sketch but it’s gated and they have security checking cars in and out."
