"Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. "The shuttle service was the best feature! It was nice to be able to order it and get a wait time instead of other hotels where you have to walk to a bus stop and hope it comes shortly/ there’s room. The map doesn’t really show the pool sizes and there’s no real pictures online. I think people would book if there was more photos. Overall the place was clean and staff was friendly. Was our first time and we will def be back next year! "

"Everything was perfect! I have no complaints! The condo was set up nicely, it was so clean and I had everything I needed to cook! The balcony was so pretty and it was screened it. I spent so much time out there and I loved it! The pool was so nice and beautiful! My daughter made some friends down there and they have a nice bar and some daily activities. The check in process was so easy and they bought me anything I asked for in a timely manner! I will definitely be back! I highly recommend. :)"
