"The room was extremely disappointing. Upon walking in it spelt like urine right away. I would not take my shoes off at all. The floor had stains and some that were fresh. The floor is carpet but my shoes were sticking to the floor. There were also cigarette burns into the floor. Our blankets on the beds were dirty, they had some sort of disgusting gooey substance on them. The wall also had some gooey substance. I would never stay there again nor would I advise anyone else to. "

"Booket two rooms with two queen beds, and they overbooked and gave one of my rooms away, and had to settle for a king with a sofa bed. Customer service offered breakfast, but we were specifically going to leave the next morning for breakfast. As a whole, there was no real work to make things right."
"Hotel itself was nice. Clean and cozy. Problem arose when people could not control their children running back and forth through the parking lot at 9pm each night. One night they were running between building screaming he's got a gun. Also woke up to our room reeking of marajauna from one of our lovely neighbors. "
"Breakfast staff was rude. I was making plates for my children and she question me about the amount of food I had Shen questioned my teens when they came down for extran juice and a pancake the asked my daughter if she was the last one in the room to eat. I paid for the breakfast, she needs to keep quiet.
The hot tub was shown online and when we got there it was cemented over. The front staff were great, but honestly we won't stay there again. We chose this for the breakfast and amenities....Major let down
"
"The TV did not work and when I called down to ask about it, they told me to see if I could play with the wires in the back to get it to work. I eventually got it to work but not something you want to deal with when you’re really tired. I just wanna pop down in the bed and veg out for a few minutes… and then the lights were not intuitive and you had to play hide and seek to try to figure out how to put the lights on"
