"Property was clean and well maintained. Would stay there again."

"The rooms are in bad condition. The lock on the door was jammed and required physically kicking the door after unlocking, due to the lock being stuck. Sink stopper was stuck shut so water could not drain. AC/Heater did not work. The room was eery, no furniture, just the bed. At 2 am I woke up to the lobby manager blaring the TV. Went to get water, the property does not sell bottled water. Only hotel I ever asked for a refund."

"No toilet paper in the bathroom trash cans were not empty no phone in the room and no breakfast like they advertised 2 plug in didn't work. I paid 107.00 for 1 night and didn't even get breakfast."

"This is a hidden gem in Arkansas! Dan and Debbie were wonderful hosts. The room was perfect. Breakfast was fabulous. We will definitely be back!"

"After reviewing the room, I walked to the office and said, I want a cancelation because the room was not clean to my expectations. The cancelation was not granted."
