"We used Fairly as a base to Lake Tekapo which is a 30 minute drive from Fairlie. The Pinewood is a short drive or 5 minute walk into town on the Tekapo road so was convenient. While accommodation is slightly dated, it is clean, well presented and was value for money. Our room had a relatively new split system air conditioner which provided good space heating. Staff were very good. The bathroom/toilet was clean and more spacious that I was expecting. On site parking is at the front door to each unit. We were pleased with our stay and would do so again if visiting the area."
