"Helpful staff; very modern and clean; great location"

"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "

"I loved the property, and old wooden style house. I loved the room and the location. However, the male manager at check-out treated me like a criminal that would skip out on the bill. Very unprofessional. He took a credit card for room payment, but would only take cash for parking. It made me suspicious of his work."

"Tasty breakfast, friendly staff, amazing views from the rooftop terrace and the rooms have all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Super convenient location - steps away from shops, restaurants and the Old Town, perfect for exploring. The owner also gave us tour of the ruins underneath the building, it was super interesting. We would definitely return. "
