"It was the worst experience ever, I have never felt so disrespected by a manager. The room was horrible and I am not exaggerating the walls on the bathroom had the paint peeling and falling, the shower was not cleaned and had pimples patches on the wall, the room phone didn’t work, I received in towel for each person. When I call the front office I was confronted with the manager an Indian person that started yelling at me and told me that was the last room and I didn’t want it to pack my clothes. I was with my daughter in the room, around 8:00 pm and all other hotels where full because of Round Top spring sale. I couldn’t believe what was happening, calked my husband and told him that I felt ignored and attacked. The manager comes 15 minutes later and gives me the keys to another room, after lying and telling me there were no more rooms. Please check your rooms and the office was dirty with the smell of curry so strong. Just disgusting feel bad for my daughter because we were celebrating her birthday. Later I checked the reviews for the hotel and in 2025 someone had the same experience with the same dirty filthy room 214, there is other pictures that people post. Careful on what you get. "
