Hotels near Plymouth Historical Museum

"We really didn't have a good stay within the room, there was a lot of damaged areas, dirty surfaces across the floors, walls, bathroom, shower , toilet etc. We asked for a full service cleaning of the room but these problems weren't acknowledged during our short stay. Many surfaces were still dirty after we called front desk to let them know. There were snags on the carpet, lights not working and several used shoes from a previous stay underneath the bed skirt of our bed. It was a very dirty and underwhelming stay."

"The room is noisy due to the sheer number of people; there is a lot of sound and commotion that persists from 1:00 AM until 8:00 AM—specifically footsteps, voices, televisions, and the opening and closing of doors by the people staying above and next to me. Consequently, it is extremely difficult to get any sleep or rest."

"Probably good for meetings but not great for a night or two staycation. Best feature - the staff, friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious rooms. Only one comfortable chair in the room so second person had to use the desk chair - comfortable but not the same. Hard to find pool - no signage in main lobby. No locker room next to pool. Hot tub was out of commission. "

"Some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel - I interacted with probably 5 different staff and they were all very personal and positive. The rooms were nice, beds were comfy, and breakfast had a nice variety! Didn’t go in the pool, kind of small and we were busy. Location was good for what we needed and some different food options nearby. "

"There was food under the desk in our room. The filte for the water fountain in the fitness room was expired. No sausage or bacon in the breakfast bar. "
