Smart Guest House right in the City

We booked a last minute one night city break here and were really pleased with the guest house. Service - The owners were warm, friendly and very helpful. Building - A heritage town house that has been fully renovated. Location - 2 mins walk from Plymouth rail station and an easy walk to Hoe, Barbican and the shops Room - The room was compact. It was beautifully cared for with contemporary furnishing and well thought through fixtures including a high quality TV. The lovely bathroom had a large shower. It was all light, spotlessly clean, airy and very comfortable. Other facilities - We didn’t use them however there was a guest kitchen, lounge and outdoor terrace which all looked very well appointed. Overall - Totally recommend and we would happily stay again.

Really great location

Fantastic communication for check in and easy check out. Located right next to the railway station but still quiet on an evening. Bus stop to get into Plymouth a stone throws away. Very clean and modern rooms. Would highly recommend.

Great location, good amenities.

Our stay was comfortable. The location is amazing, especially if you are using public transport. Room was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, kettle in the room. The room and bathroom were clean. Christina provides breakfast essentials in the kitchen and you can use the utensils provided to cook. It would have been perfect if the tariff had been slightly lesser. However, a good stay.

Comfortable and very clean. Good location

Overnight stop over on the way to Cornwall. Bit worried after reading one or two other reviews but didn’t need to worry. Great communication and easy check in system rooms spotless and very comfortable. We parked in the station long stay car park £8.50 for 24h but you can park outside the guesthouse depending on times.

Great stay, good location

This guest house is great. My partner and I had a great time here for 3 nights. The shared kitchen space is also great and the location is essentially next to the train station and a 10 min walk to the city.

Very nice and friendly small hotel. Very close to the station. It's not a conventional hotel, think more of a share of a nice house, but rooms are very private secure and nicely equipped. It's not that easy to find by car but there's some parking right outside if you arrive outside of permit only time (eg leave by 9).

Getting to know Plymouth.

Not the easiest place to find down a run down back street but don’t let that put you off. Very clean and tidy, amazingly helpful staff and easy walking into the heart of Plymouth.
