Dispute Expedia advertising, parking availability is not a guarantee. The staff, however, went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast service was excellent. We were very comfortable in our room.

Hotel was good. Breakfast excellent. Staff helpful especially the late night door man. The only drawback is you have to book with the hotel itself, not through a third party,to have a reserved parking space. There is very limited parking on the surrounding streets.

Staff very friendly . Rooms good size and very clean . Great breakfast cooked fresh and lovely dining room with great selection of breakfast foods. Great location for hor and the Barbican , all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the hotel and staff was perfect. The only thing that we had issue with was the parking arrangements. Our Expedia booking included free parking, but apparently parking is only guaranteed when booking directly with the hotel. Expedia were not transparent about this. Hence, on the first night, we had to park on the street and pay £14.40 for five hours...waiting for an allocated hotel parking space on a first-come, first-served basis to become available.

The room was quite well proportioned and despite being over the public bar was not noisy. Was close to the bus stop which saved us driving into Brighton and trying to find a park. Meals were good and breakfast very generous. Overall good value for money
