"The staff is friendly and tries to accommodate for the poor and run down condition of the property. I was one business and had to change rooms as the electrical outlets didn't work. The location is convenient but there are many higher end newer motels/hotels practically next door. I would not book there again or recommend it to friends based on the condition of the property."

"I was on the ground floor and could hear every step in the room above including the floor and ceiling creaking with every step. I do not normally complain, but when you guys give a property a “good” rating and that doesn’t match the experience at all, that’s concerning. "
