"I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. "Nice hotel within walking distance to the castle; just cross the street, buy your tickets, and start walking up the hill. The room was clean, shower worked well; was a little surprised that we had to walk up stairs to the loft bedroom, but that's on me for not looking more closely ahead of time. Breakfast was good. Hotel was a great value."

"We had a wonderful stay! We got one of top floor apartments so the view was amazing, there is a tiny but full equipped kitchennette that we didnt use, except the espresso maker, that was a plus! Enjoying my espresso in the morning, hearing the birds and seeing the scenery was great. The location was great, 15 or 20 minutes walk to the busy krupowki street, with plenty options for dining. 5 min away, a great breakfast place. What you have to be mindful is, there is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, this is not a good option unless its possible to request a 1st floor . Guests can use the spa for 1 hour a day but I never use it, I believe is more kind of an onsen bath. Our apartment was super clean, we couldn't use he AC, but luckily nights were cool so no much of an issue since we were not during the day that temperature was in the 24,23 degrees and for sure hot in the room. Easy communication, we got easy to follow instructions, although I forgot to call 24 hours in advance so, it was a little complicated to get someone ,we had to call using another guest phone as i didn have a Polish number but after that, we communicate with the person with wasap and instructions were super easy. Wifi works well,I think it was an excellent choice for our 4 days there. Lovely place!"

"Our stay was very pleasant. We traveled with a group and rented two adjacent rooms. Each room had a balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains. It was truly peaceful and serene. The ladies who operate the hotel are wonderful and cook delicious breakfasts each morning—you can smell the freshly baked goods from the room. The property is clean and well maintained. Ending the day of hiking with a sauna was perfection."

"We booked a deluxe mountain view room, it was clean spacious with a good view. The balcony was nice for sitting on. The receptionist at check-in was friendly and helpful but we did not really see anyone else. Breakfast was good, with a range of foods to choose from. The property is a good walk from the station and the main town along the side of a busy main road."
