"Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"What we really liked was that the property was very clean, the room had all new amenities with everything that we could need (coffee maker, water boiler, etc). There are lounge chairs with umbrellas, everything of high quality. The owner was very helpful at all times. We felt safe, beautiful view from the terrace. Clean beaches, impeccable cleanliness, high quality building materials. Everything was close by. We really enjoyed our stay here. "
