"Stayed in 3 bedroom apartment. Heat was not functioning. Hotel offered space heaters. Bathrooms were in terrible conditions. Cracked tiles, shower did not have curtains or enclosure so water was everywhere. Some hotel staff did not speak Romanian or English. Hard to communicate. "

"A great hotel very convenient located to all shops and dining needs. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside of it was the bathroom: toilet did leak water all night, making a big noise and not being able to fill up the tank. Therefore we had to fill up a plastic bag with water and flush the toilet. The rest was ok "

Pricey, and hideously bad

"The room was bad, old furnishings, broken wall mounted accessories in the bathroom. Hair drier stoped working after 30 seconds - guess it was only a sample. No wall sockets on any side of the bed, no light switches that you can turn on or of from the bed… Water pressure in the shower was good, temperature just acceptable. Breakfast is good and the staff was ok there. Reception staff is unpleasant and unprepared. Will only visit again if I have no other choice."
