"Incredibly friendly staff, especially Naomi was very helpful and cheerful. The room spacious and clean, and to me a very comfortable bed, the bathroom is large and clean, though for the size the shower could have been a little bigger, the balcony had a lovely view over the garden and across the lake. Great space to sit and relax. Nice kitchenette if you do wish to cook. The bar has a great view. Again with frendily staff. Swimming pool area available and some pleasant relax areas. Good value...

"The information with the address I received was confusing there wasn't a 3b apartment on the street, after contacting the office, they explained that it was apartment 2 . It would have been good to be supplied with some refreshments (coffee or tea) especially when the guests arrived late on Saturday evening."

"Had an amazing 2 night stay here in one of the 1 bedroom houses. In amazing condition, had everything we needed and more. Supermarket just down the road and good transport links made everything nice and easy. Only problems we had were one morning we woke up with no electricity (it was back on when we got back later in the day though) and when checking out before 8AM the ‘automatic’ gate didn’t open for us and we had to get someone in the breakfast area to get it opened. Overall really enjoyed it...

They're really centrally located (in fact they were two streets away from the wedding venue) and they're very modern and clean with a great shower and facilities. "It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "

Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...
