"A room with a view!! Very quiet location, with a fabulous outlook. Our room overlooked the water, and the views throughout the day and particularly at sunrise and sunset were amazing.
The bed was comfy, the shower worked beautifully, and the room was very clean well equipped.
Check-in instructions emailed by staff were clear and detailed. We had parking which was off the road and next to our room.
We recommend!!!"

"Rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. We only stopped in for a few hours rest before moving on, but reliable and clean and no issues with checking after 12 am.
Breakfast was subpar, my only complaint. Everything was as expected from a express"

"Bldg. stucco by pool damaged from large rocks probably thrown from landscaping bed in pool area. Stack stone missing from back of bldg. Unlocked gate from rear of property to pool area( anyone could just walk right in guest or not.) Gate into the pool itself was chained shut due to no lock to pool general seating area.area Toilet from above room was very loud when flushed. Almost certainly not cast iron for sound control, cheaped out on PVC. Sad for a property this age. When brands franchise/ lease their name brands suffer from what they were in days past."

"Overall the property was very clean and well maintained. Great location near shops and just a couple miles away from Downtown Hot Springs. As we have a service animal, they put us in a room that I guess is designated for pets. Unfortunately, it did not smell very good. Overall we had a positive stay."
