Julien responded by phone right after we booked and then we communicated by WhatsApp. He also arranged the car rental for us. Junior picked us up at the airport and brought us back. "Our beach bungalow was just perfect. Very private the only people walking by were other guests in the other bungalows. We had breakfast included always a lot of fresh choices. The same with dinner. We eat dinner 4 nights and the menu was always different. The only thing I might say negative was we weren’t told that you need to put one of your room keys in the card slot inside the room to get the electric to come on. Once figured out all was great. "

"The unit was right above the bar and other entertainment common areas. It was loud till around 22:00. The hotel animator was loud and overdone. Other than that, the ocean front was very shallow on the entire beach. Good for kids. Our hosts were excellent and very helpful. The unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Choose local off site restaurants rather than the buffet."
