"Love the Inn. Didn’t like the room. Tiny bathroom and shower. Been there multiple times, and this was the worst room by far"

"All in all the hotel was great with only a few exceptions. The mixing valve in the shower did not work properly and the women who was in charge of the breakfast area was overbearing and made us feel uncomfortable."

"We were placed in the Laurel room. Super cute, but the day /night we stayed there was a heat wave and the room does not have AC. There were plenty of fans, but being upstairs in a cozy room made it quite uncomfortable. Weather unfortunately cannot be controlled. No fault to the inn, just bad timing. Otherwise it was a close walk to the Carmel plaza and to the beach!! I would definitely stay there again. Location was perfect!! Their staff, especially Omede was very friendly and helpful."

"The staff was fabulous! I liked the ocean view from our room, the 1 block walk to the beach and the super convenient shuttle up the hill to the shops and restaurants. Didn’t need a shuttle back to the hotel, the walk downhill being so pleasant. It was very close to the 17-mile drive. There is parking onsite. The room was very clean."

"Great boutique hotel in Carmel. Close to the main areas in Carmel. Great customer service. Lovely comfortable rooms while not huge are beautiful furnished. Great free extras provided from early morning coffee, a delicious buffet breakfast with egg station, afternoon wine and not forgetting the wonderful chocolate chip cookies in the evening. A real treat."
