The only thing I missed was having breakfast on-site, but honestly, I prefer paying a lower room rate and choosing breakfast elsewhere rather than paying more for a room that includes a limited carb heavy breakfast option. "

"Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. Ive been here for three days already without a functioning lock on my door. "
